DELIVERY INFORMATION
Delivery Lead Times
Probe Steel Storage products are manufactured to order and despatch lead times vary according to the product, quantity required and season. On average most orders are despatched in 10 -15 business days, but always check each product individually on our store or contact us before ordering to avoid any disappointment.
Delivery Cost
All prices shown online include delivery to any address on the GB mainland. If you require delivery elsewhere in the UK such as Northern Ireland or any island including the Isle of Wight please contact our customer service department for a quotation and delivery lead time.
Our definition of Delivery is as follows:
Delivery is by Probe transport to your nearest accessible entrance - the offloading of the order and movement into your building is the customers responsibility. We only offer this service in order to keep our prices as low and as competitive as possible.
If a full installation service is required, which includes off loading, positioning and fixing within your building, removing packaging materials please contact us before ordering to gain a full quotation.
Alternative Delivery Address
You can opt to have your purchases delivered to an address other than the payment card billing address. Simply click "Add New Address" at the Delivery stage of Checkout and then select your alternative address.
